password taking person to old versions but unable to get into 2020 version

I can get into the payroll account but cannot change it. Mark Glazman can change it, but his password gets him into the 2014 or the 2009 versions. How to get him into the 2020 desktop version so he can change the address of the company and get the payroll account working again - the bills are paid as evidenced on the credit card, but neither he nor I can get in to change the address to the current address.

For us to take a look at your account, I recommend reaching out to our Payroll Support team. We have agents there that can do a screen share with you and verify why you're unable to change the address.

 

Here's how you can conctact them:

 

  1. From the Help menu, select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Enter, I'm unable to change the address on my payroll account.
  4. Click Continue.
  5. Choose how you'll want to connect with us.

I just saw your message at almost 6pm on Friday.  Can I reach you on Saturday?   I have been trying to get to the solution you proposed for a couple of weeks with no luck.  I will try to use the words you suggest to see if I can get someone to help me.  I do appreciate the suggestion.  Can you e-mail me directly at [email address removed] so I know if I can try tomorrow afternoon or Sunday  or if I need to wait until Monday am.

Yes, you can contact our support on Saturday at any time, any day if you're QuickBooks Desktop Assisted Payroll. But if you're using Basic, Enhanced, and Standard, they are only available Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM to 6: 00 PM, PST.
