Good day, @gomat18.

For now, adding a YTD column for the number of hours on a paystub is unavailable in QuickBooks Online Payroll.

However, you can run the Payroll Summary report and print it to show the total number of hours your employees have worked in your company. Here's how:

  1. Go to Reports and open the Payroll Summary report.
  2. Filter the Date Range to This year, then choose the employee you wanted to show the total hours.
  3. Click Run Report.

Once done, you can now print it and share the details with your employees if needed.

I can see how this option would be helpful for you and your business. Therefore, let me take note of this as a suggestion to improve your QuickBooks experience.

Additionally, you can run some payroll reports in QuickBooks. This way, you can get a closer look at your business's finances and view useful information about your business and employees.
