Paycheck Detail Report

We pay direct deposit and I need to print the payroll/paycheck detail report to use for tracking our PPP. I go to the recent payroll and click on it and it pulls that paycheck detail and has all my employees, the pay period, etc... but because it is direct deposit on the amount it shows 0. I have tried to adjust the filters so it will show the actual amount of the check but it wont. All other payroll reports have way too much info. I need the report to show pay period, employees, and amount paid and that's all!

Paycheck Detail Report

You'll want to run the Payroll Summary report instead, BGCHC.

 

This report contains summary information by paycheck. Here's how:

  1. On your Intuit Online Payroll account, click on Reports.
  2. Under Employee Reports, click Payroll Summary.
  3. Select the range, then click Update Report.
