I did the same, processed payroll and received notification by email it was processed at 1:41 am this morning. But looking at my bank checking account, the funds have not came out of my bank. This is a big problem.
I am waiting for a call from Intuit. We have two clients so far with the same issue.
i looks its all over USA, not just you and me... crazy and all my employees are not happy... already told them will cover any NSF if any... wow!!!!

I think any NSF's should be covered by QB and all of us should band together to hold them accountable. I understand from another post, QB has described this as a "engineering" problem. Someone must have made a change in their back room processing for this to happen.
agree 100% .... QBO should be accountable for any NSF... OMG! imagine is this was done by an upset QBO employee! and someone is seating fat with everyone net pay checks... I hope is not the case, and just a glitch... but wow!
I completely agree. But I also feel they should have sent an email with giving us a heads up as soon as they new the problem. Even if they didn't have a resolution.
