Payroll didn’t process anyone else having issues?

I've recently answered the same concern earlier. We are fully aware of this situation and our engineers are checking on it right now.

 

In the meantime, I suggest you contact our payroll support team. This way, they can check on the status of your payroll account.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Select the Search tab.
  3. Click on Contact Us.
  4. Type in a brief description of your concern, then click Continue.
  5. Choose a way to connect:
  • Start a chat with a support expert.
  • Get a callback from the next available expert.

It will also provide details for the availability of each option.
