Payroll direct deposit did not go through, cannot get a hold of anyone from support. Is this happening to anyone else?

Everything looks correct in QuickBooks payroll, but no one has received pay and it is not pending in our bank account.

Same problem here. Received the email verification that it went through, but employees do not see it deposited in their bank accounts.

Yes, this happened to us. Chat and Phone lines are closed. QB needs to come out and tell us what's going on and when our employees can expect their pay - which I might add, the likely rely on for their rent and mortgages.

Yes,  It has happened to us.  The direct deposit should of went through today April 30th. We have the funds in the bank.  This has never happened before.

 

If anyone has a contact number to find out what is going on?

I have the same problem with 2 different companies and over 30 employees, and quickbooks has shut their support system completely down.  when they have a problem they just turn us off.  over 30k is payroll i may have to cut individual  checks because employees are not accepting the fact they did not get paid.
