I tried processing payroll two days ago and kept receiving an error when trying to preview - the error stated the employee's deductions were more than their net check (untrue). The only new thing was adding the new pay type for qualified overtime tracking. After chatting with QB they found this to be a known issue and we are at the top of the list to get it fixed. No word yesterday. I checked in today because I need to submit for direct deposit tomorrow. I was advised to cut checks - but I can't even do that because it won't even let me process the payroll. I stated this was unacceptable and that I can't NOT pay my employees - and literally got the response of "that's all I can tell you" So am I

I've already chatted for hours on Tuesday and this morning to no avail. Was told again today, all we can do is wait for them to fix the problem. It's not just our company. It is astonishing that a resolution has not been found - people simply cannot go without being paid.
I posted here to see if others are experiencing this and how they are processing payroll since I was left with no solution from QB.
