I understand the importance of getting your employees paid on time, @usercmurfiniii. I'll be glad to share some troubleshooting steps to help you run your payroll.
You're right, since your payday falls on a Friday holiday, you'll need to submit payroll one day earlier than usual. What you experienced right now may be caused by stored cookies and cache, that block you from running your payroll. In this case, we can perform the basic troubleshooting steps to fix the issue. Here's how:
Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: press Command + Shift + N
If it works, you can return to your regular browser and clear your browser's cache. Then you may see if it fixes the problem and gets started on the tasks at hand. However, if the incognito window didn't work, you can use another supported browser.
You may refer to this article for more details: Troubleshooting browser problems.
However, if the issue persists I'd suggest reaching out to our QuickBooks Online Payroll Support Team. That way, they can investigate further about the issue.
