I'll take this as a special case since there isn't a document or announced changes about the number of paychecks to be exported per instance. Having said that, please contact our QBO Payroll Support at your most convenient time, so they can gather more data and create a report for this. They have the tools on their end. They are available on weekdays from 6 AM to 6 PM PT.
- Go to Help (?).
- Select the Search tab and click Contact Us at the bottom.
- Enter something like number of exported paychecks is now capped to 20 per instance, then select Let's talk.
- Choose a way to connect with us:
- Start a chat with a support expert.
- Get a callback from the next available expert.
You can also directly connect to the Chat team: QuickBooks Online Payroll.
