Mismatched between the employee payroll totals and company payroll totals usually occurs when you enter your prior payroll. You can run the Payroll Tax and Wage Summary or the Payroll Details reports and use any of the reports in verifying your employees' payroll information. Both reports show your employees' wages, deductions, and tax info.
If you haven't created any payroll checks yet, you can modify your payroll history. Here's how:
However, if you already have entered payroll checks, I'd recommend contacting our Payroll Support team. A specialist will be able to securely access your account and further assist you with reviewing your payroll data. Also, they have the tool to perform payroll correction if needed.
