I have payroll from ADP should I enter into QBO as a JE or Payroll Expenses when it hits my bank?
If JE, how would that look?

Welcome to the Community, @SadieDee.
Since you're using QuickBooks Online for accounting and ADP for payroll, then you can manually enter payroll into QuickBooks Online. This is to keep track of the paychecks, payroll data, and account data in one place. Some payroll services let you import paycheck data directly into QuickBooks, but if your service doesn't have this feature, then you can follow this Community article to track payments as Journal Entries: Manually enter payroll paychecks in QuickBooks Online.
If you need further assistance or have any additional questions, please don't hesitate and leave a comment below. Have a beautiful day.
Thank you so much Ashley - I really appreciate it!

This is not a solution. I want to download ADP seemlessly.

Hello there, @helen ingwersen,
Joining the thread to share additional insights to help you import your ADP transactions into QuickBooks.
For this, you'll need a third-party application to do the transfer. We have lots of tools you can choose from in our Apps Websit. Simply search for ADP to view the available importer that works seamlessly as you like. Here's the link to our site: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/app/apps/home
We also have another forum called Intuit Developers, where you can find engineers who can recommend third-party applications for you to use. In this website, you can connect with people who can help with app integrations, take part in software developments and innovate business tools for QuickBooks.
Here's the link to the website: Intuit Developers Community.
Feel free to get back to us if there's anything else you need help with. I'll be glad to help you at any time. Have a nice day!
