My paycheck is not showing a pending and it is past 4:30 PM. I contacted my bank directly. Therefore I must assume it will not post until May 3rd. hat is intuit planning on doing to compensate any individuals that have returned payments or issues due to this problem (mortgage payments, etc)? This is not just business as usual. it is a major ding on your reputation and there is no way to make this look ok.
We were alerted to a third-party issue with direct deposit processing this morning that has delayed the deposit of employees' paychecks into their accounts. The issue has been resolved and your employees should expect to see the funds available in their bank account by end of the day today.
We know how critical each paycheck is to your team. This is, even more, the case in our current environment.
