Hi there, @jklimek72.
I've got your back! I'll help you find those missing payroll transactions.
Make sure you selected the correct bank register you used for payroll. Then, ensure to filter the date to All dates to display all entries.
Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon and then Chart of Accounts.
- Locate your bank account and click on the View register link under Action.
- On the Bank Register page, click on the Filter icon beside All.
- From the Date dropdown list, choose All Dates.

- Click Apply.
If you still can't find them, we can perform basic troubleshooting to isolate the issue. Let's try accessing your account through an incognito window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. You can refer to these shortcut keys to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:
- Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
- Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
- Safari: Command+Shift+N
If they appear, switch back to your regular browser. Then, clear its cache. This way, you can access QuickBooks with a clean slate. You can also use a different supported one.
I'm also adding these articles for your reference. These guide you on how to remove columns on your bank register as well as on what other entries you can quickly add:
