Payroll Posting to GL

I hear your sentiments, @MNewc. I'm here to help you get the support you need with the duplicate amounts posted to the GL’s expense in QuickBooks Online.

I understand how inconvenient it must be to wait this long and experience the same issue again. I know you’ve put so much time and effort onto this.

As much as I’d like to assist you further, I can’t do so because the Community is a public forum. Considering that your concern might require an exchange of account information, they have the tools to check your account securely.

For the quickest resolution in the meantime, I’d suggest you contact our Payroll Support:

1. In your QuickBooks Online account, go to Help > Assistant.
2. Select Contact Us and enter your concern, then click Let’s talk.
3. Choose a way to connect with us: Start a chat or Get a callback.

Also, I want to ensure your issue gets prioritized. Hence, I'll be providing our support hours. QuickBooks Online Payroll – Core is available from M-F 6 AM to 6 PM PT. While QuickBooks Full Service Payroll and QuickBooks Online Payroll Elite/Premium, are available any time at any day.

Once everything is set, you can then proceed to these links to review your accounts in QuickBooks:

• Reconcile your account.
• Reconcile workflow in QuickBooks.

Thank you for your response.  I am already working with Athena W to try to resolve the issue via support and have spent countless hours with support with no one able to figure out why this continues to happen.  I do not plan to engage with another support person, but would welcome your input to Athena's investigation.  She can provide information.
