This message refers to the availability of the second Quarterly Form 941.
The quarterly form 941 is not yet accessible in QuickBooks Online. We're still waiting for the finalized form from the IRS to ensure the accuracy of the information. This includes the additional entries from the Families First Coronavirus Response and Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Acts which added many types of payroll tax relief.

Should you want to submit your quarterly form 941, I suggest filing it manually to IRS.
