Payroll Update & Workforce Access

2 things, not sure if they are related....

1. When I get payroll updates, it states I have retrieved the latest payroll update & validated my subscription then tells me to go online again before 09/11/2023 today is 9/18/2023. Also give me PS038 at the end of the message.

2. I cannot get access to Workforce as the admin. I have a new employee whom is in the system. She would like to have access to her paystub and QB will not allow me in.

My gut is telling me these things are related?

I should also mention, I have tried turning off the firewall. I've been using QB for 10 years now. I have 2023 enhanced payroll subscription. Everything is validated. I have turned off and restarted everything many times. I've also made sure several times that my QB is up-to-date. I also ran the QB fix it and dr app from my desktop.
