Join nowi was subscribed to Intuit payroll and last week i got a notification to move to Quickbooks payroll as Intuit was being shut down and would not be available.
After i did the transfer - i have not been able to run payroll. I get an error message when i submit "there is a problem with this request." it does not specify what the problem is.
i have tried chatting with support, sharee screen with them so that could see my issue.
for the past 24 hours there has not been any movement on this problem - i am being tol that tier 2 is working on it.
Anyone else come across something like this and any ideas on how to fix it?
Hi there, snca2000.
I can share some troubleshooting steps that can fix this issue.
Runtime errors are commonly caused by the accumulated cache in the browser. To isolate the issue, you can try running payroll in a private browser. This mode doesn't save your web searches and site data. Check out these shortcut keys:
If you're able to process it without any issues, head back to your regular browser and then clear its cache and cookies to get rid of the stored temporary internet files. This will also enhance your browsing experience. Alternatively, you can switch to other supported browsers.
However, if the error persists, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. This way, we'll be able to follow up on your case and further investigate this issue. Here's how to connect with us:
Since you've just converted to QuickBooks Online Payroll, I encourage reading our Getting Started Guide to learn the product basics and help complete payroll tasks.
I'll be right here to keep helping if you have any other concerns or additional questions. Stay safe and have great rest of the weekend.
Hi snca2000,
Hope you’re doing great. I wanted to see how everything is going about the issue you've encountered upon migrating to QBO. Were you able to run your payrolls? Do you need any additional help or clarification? If you do, just let me know. I’d be happy to help you at anytime.
Looking forward to your reply. Have a pleasant day ahead!
