Paystub

Hello there, Chfs123.

Your employee will receive an email notification for their paychecks once they signed up for the ViewMyPaychecks feature.

If they haven't yet signed up, you can check this article and provide them the information: Set Up ViewMyPaycheck.

Please let me know if there's anything else you need help with QuickBooks Online. Thanks.

My employess are recieving the email with a link to view their paychecks but when they follow the link and sign in there are no visable paychecks?  My husband and I can both see all of our paycheck for the year.

Once they've accepted the invite, they should be able to access their paychecks, JWprimetime.

I've checked our records and didn't see any open investigations.

The pay stubs should be available to be viewed, downloaded, or printed in the Paychecks section. We can try a few steps so your employees can access them. To start with, let them open QuickBooks Online using a private/incognito window. This is the right spot to isolate web issues. Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

If they're able to view their paychecks, let them go back to the main browser, then clear the cache. Too much cache can affect the program's behavior. Thus, we need to clear them out.

Also, they can use a different browser like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

If they're still unable to view them, you can reach out to our customer care support to have this further investigated. They can check your Workforce account and verify why your employees are unable to view their paychecks.
