I am having a problem with Desktop 2020 and latest tax table version. The top line is fine but as it prints down the official form page the print moves up a little on each line so by the bottom line of the form it has moved up a full line. On with support for over an hour and determined that in their wisdom QB must have changed the spacing on their forms so the result is use their preprinted forms or print on blank paper.
What have you done to get the filing instructions on the back of a blank form or done an attachment?
I also just found out that IRS will now take w-2 printed in black - used to be only red.
Thanks

The easiest way to avoid alignment issues, and the cheap way too, is to print on plain paper instead of pre-printed forms.

Thank you for the idea of checking my pdf software. I have 3 different programs and switched from my usual to Adobe DC and it took care of the problem. I never imagined it would be different from 1 pdf software to another. Should make sure your support team knows to recommend this.
Thanks for the reply - it actually was the PDF software not the printer. when I switched to Adobe it fixed the issue.
