Printing issues with W-2C & W-3C thru the PDF that Intuit uses
I have wasted and entire afternoon trying to get the W-2C and W-3C to print on the givernment's RED form. QB Payroll insists on saving the forms as a PDF file which has the form included in the saved version with BLACK LINES. This messes up the form and cannot be mailed to SSA. Can anyone share a fix for this?

Just like with regular the W-2 the W-2c can be printed from QuickBooks (both Desktop and Online) on plain white paper and submitted to the SSA. There is no need to use the red drop out ink forms.
