Printing W2's for employees on pre printed forms

Hello,

 

I am trying to print some W2's. I have some pre printed forms that I want to use. I see where to print them, however I don't have the option of selecting the forms that I need to select before printing. When I print what is there, it has 4 summary type W2's. I need to print them on the forms that I have. I have the traditional forms where there are 2 W2's on each page. I cannot print these. It tells me that I need to turn off Automated taxes and forms, which it then tells me I cannot do until Feb 1st. This would be too late to send them out. I don't understand why I cannot turn it off. It is all greyed out and will not let me change it. If anyone could please share some info on how to get these printed.

The option to print W-2 forms on pre-printed forms is currently unavailable. This is why you're unable to turn off the automated taxes and form section. If you need to print the W-2 forms on paper before February 1st, you can get a copy from QuickBooks Workforce.
