I requested a refund of my QB Payroll Annual Fee, I want to verify that you received the request.
Thanks for reaching out to us, @tracymann. I'll be sharing details about the timeline for refund requests and ensuring you'll get the assistance you need in tracking its status in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
The processing time when requesting a subscription refund is determined based on the mode of payment used.
If you've purchased directly from Intuit using a credit or debit card, allow 7 to 10 business days for it to appear on your credit card statement after processing. If you've paid through Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT), anticipate the refund to appear on your account in at least ten business days.
However, if you bought your subscription from a retail store or other non-Intuit sources, allow four weeks for a mailed refund check following the receipt of your return.
In the event that the processing time for your payment method has passed, we'll need to check the status of your refund request. Reviewing the status of your refund requires pulling up your account securely. The Community is a public forum, and we're unable to access your account information here. That said, it's best to get in touch with our customer support team to verify if the refund is already recognized in our system.
To do that:
