I just finished my first try at passing the QBO Payroll certification. I found the training cumbersome and the test questions sometimes overly complicated. I failed the test by making 66% on only one section, I had over 80-90% on 5 of them. What is the point of making you wait 2 months to re-take the test? The only thing it convinced me is how antiquated this payroll solution is, overly complicated and expensive. More and more CPAs I know turn to Gusto for example. This testing sure did not convince me to give it a try. Wondering if anybody else has the same feeling/experience?
