I wish you didn't have to wait this long to fix your issue, @MoWantsToLearn.

 

I can see the urgency of getting this resolved, and I want to ensure this is taken care of.

 

I want to confirm if your employee has done basic troubleshooting steps already like updating passwords, resetting apps, or followed the steps to recover an account. They can also log in through a web browser to see if it's a mobile issue or an account issue. 

 

If the issue remains, I suggest contacting QB Time Support. This way, they'll be able to use a screen share tool to walk you through some more steps to assists you in your situation.

Hi, 

I have reached out to QB support many times, and they are unable to fix it.  The employee had even created a new email for this specifically.  Sometimes, the correct employer will be there, and she will be able to clock in, then when she goes to clock out, it is the previous employer, and she cannot clock out.  Then the system ends up clocking her out after 3-4 days because she should not be on the clock that long.
