QBO The option to submit new and view/print archived 941 Quarterly Reports has vanished/disappeared/can't find it

Just recently, I have been able to view and print archived 941 quarterly reports (preparing for PPP application) and print 941 quarterly forms for mailing. It wasn't intuitive, but it existed. Now, I can't find any of the buttons that used to appear on the right of my screen on the "Pay Taxes" screen to access 941 and other forms. How do I find them now? I am trying to complete a variety of applications to assist the business I work for.

Looks like the issue is resolved. The buttons are now appearing on my account as they used to appear. Thank you.

Let's run some troubleshooting steps to identify why the option to view the archived forms is unavailable. To start with, let's open QuickBooks on a private window. This is the best place to identify any browser-related issues.

 

You can use these keyboard shortcuts to open one:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

If it works, you can go back to a regular browser and clear its cache. A piled cache can also be the reason for some unexpected page behavior.

 

You can also switch to a different supported browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari.
