Let me share insights about the taxes you owe and how you can check them in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @raidersdad1. This way, you're able to manage your payroll liabilities accordingly.

When you cancel your QBO subscription, you'll have read-only access to your data for one year. With this, you can log into your account and check the taxes you owe to IRS. To do this, let's visit the Payroll Taxes page. Here's  how:

  1. Go to the Taxes menu.
  2. Select the Payroll tax tab.
  3. Click Pay Taxes or the View all link. 84.jpg

In case you've already settled the taxes or paid them outside QBO (after canceling), you may disregard the email.

Then, I would encourage you to pull up the Payroll Tax Payments report. This way, you're able to check all the payroll tax payments you've made through QBO. To do this, go to the Payroll section from the Reports menu's Standard tab.

Also, to learn more about data availability and export policies after you cancel your QBO subscription, I'd recommend checking out this article: What happens to my QuickBooks Online data after I cancel?.

Let me know if you have other payroll concerns and questions about taxes in QBO. Please don't hesitate to drop a comment below, and I'll gladly help. Take care always, @raidersdad1.
