Quickbooks payroll nor posting to bank register anymore

I'm here to provide you with information about your payroll concern.

When you run payroll, the paycheck should be posted to the bank register, and you should be able to see the transaction journal to make sure everything is in order. We are currently having an ongoing investigation about this, and our software engineers already working to resolve the issue.

In the meantime, I would recommend contacting our Payroll Support Team. They'll be able to access your account and add you to the list of impacted users, so you'll be notified when the problem is resolved.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Help(?).
2. Select Contact Us.
3. Enter a brief description of your concern.
4. Click Let's talk.
5. Choose a way to connect either Start a chat or Get a callback.

Support hours are from Monday until Friday from 6 AM to 6 PM PT.
