How can we change the invite to our employees to download the QB Time application? I'm not finding anything in help that relates to this specifically.

To clarify, are you referring to the invite message? If so, this can't be edited. However, you can send in a feature request so that our Product Developers can consider this in the future with this guide.
If not, then please send a screenshot of what you'd like to change on the invites. For more details, check out this link about adding and managing team members.

The message reads as follows:
SALLY SCOTT of JCB2, LLC has invited you to track time with QuickBooks Time.
We have several companies and I want the message to show Lester Brothers instead of JCB2, LLC. Is this something you can update for me?

You can change your company's name in QuickBooks Time by accessing the settings screen and updating it.
Here's how:
After changing your company name, each invitation will display the updated information.
