Several factors can contribute to the absence of payroll information displayed in the Payroll Center. These include old or corrupted payroll-related data files and incorrect payment methods associated with your account. We can update the system to retrieve those records, and I’d be glad to assist you in this process.
- Open File Explorer on your computer, then This PC.
- Go to your Windows (C) drive.
- Click the horizontal ellipsis icon, then Options.
- Navigate to the View tab and enable the option to Show hidden files, folders, or drives, then Apply.
- In the search bar, enter Paysub (not Paystub) and wait for the search to complete.
- Once found, select the file and delete it.
After you’ve deleted that file, please go back to QuickBooks and hover to the Employees menu, then Get Payroll Updates to update your payroll information. I'll add an image for visual reference.
