My employees receive payment-in-full upon completion of their service work. They each have access to Intuit GoPayment via iPhones. HUGE PROBLEM that I have to give them FULL ADMIN PRIVILEGES IN ORDER FOR THEM TO ACCESS GOPAYMENT! This is absolutely absurd! Am I missing something here. I have used QuickBooks Pro, then Enterprise, now Online. Does Quickbooks not realize the ramifications of this? I have tried every combination of access priviledges and nothing allows them to sign into GoPayment short of Full Admin Privileges.

Hi there, BAH1.
I can bring some clarity to your concern about the Admin Privileges when accessing GoPayment.
At the moment, Intuit requires you employees to have a full admin privileges to receive payments when using GoPayment.
If you wish to have a specific user role that allows employees to sign into GoPayment aside from Full Admin Privilege, I'd appreciate if you could send this great suggestion straight to our product developers through feedback. I'll make sure to do the same thing on my end.
Here's how:
Should you have other questions when using GoPayment, don't hesitate to get back to me as I'm here to answer them for you.

It's 9-21-2020 and I'm a fairly new user. I have the same issue, I don't want employees having administrative access to take payments. Is there a way they can just take payments, or in other words, only have access to that module?
Thanks for joining in this thread, @Edward16. In QuickBooks, you can manage a user's access by changing what a user can do and see.
Here's how:
See this article for more insights: Add, delete, or change user access.
Additionally, you have the option to set up a user to take payments only. Doing this won't give them access to your QuickBooks Online account, but they can take payments with GoPayment.
