QuickBooks Online processes direct deposit paychecks based on the lead time and the payroll submission date, Kim.

 

When payroll is submitted on time, your financial institution has until midnight to transfer the paycheck into your account. For instance, if you choose the Same-Day lead time, you must submit the payroll before 7:00 AM PT on Friday for the funds to be deposited later that day.

 

If payroll is submitted after this cutoff time, the funds will be deposited on the next banking day. For more information on direct deposit funding times and submission deadlines, please refer to the article: When to Send Your Direct Deposit Payroll.

Same problem here. Payroll was submitted on time, but has not been withdrawn from our business account nor deposited to our employees. What's going on? My employees are panicking.
