Thanks for getting back to us, Grimayoj.

I'm here to assist you further so you can find an employee's vacation pay bonus info in QuickBooks Time (QB Time).

When syncing QB Time with QuickBooks Online (QBO), the terminated employee will appear archived in QB Time. You may want to unarchive the team member to view the vacation pay bonus info. To do that:

  1. Select My Team from the left navigation panel.
  2. From the View dropdown, select Archived.
  3. Look for the employee's name and click the three dots icon on the same row as the name.
  4. Select Unarchive.

Once done, we can pull up the Wage Report to show the Vacation pay bonus amount. Here's how:

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Click Payroll and select Wage Report.
  3. Set the report date.
  4. You may also use the Filter by Groups/Team Members section to display only the information for that specific employee.
  5. Once done, click Download CSV.

If you're still unable to locate it, I'd recommend getting in touch with QB Time support. This way, they can initiate a screen-sharing session in a secure setting to walk you through locating the vacation pay bonus.

Furthermore, you can configure your employees' time off accruals so you'll be able to enter them in bulk and approve or deny your team member's time off requests.

It would just take a few clicks to view that information, Grimayoj.

We can pull up and filter the Vacation and Sick Leave report in QuickBooks Online. This contains the accrued hours your employees used so far and how much they have left. I'll show you how:

  1. Go to Business overview.
  2. Select the Reports tab.
  3. Open Vacation and Sick Leave from the Payroll section.
  4. Tap the Customize button, then click the Employee drop-down menu under Who to include.
  5. Choose Inactive employees and hit Run report.

Additionally, here's an article that will guide you in tracking where your business stands in terms of worker expenses: Run payroll reports.

We're open here 24/7, so please don't hesitate to tap us again if you need a hand in dealing with your other payroll-related tasks. Thank you for visiting the Community, Grimayoj!
