Are you having issues being contacted by a supervisor about unresolved issues

I was told a supervisor was going to call me in 30 minutes a week ago. Issue with updating info on app. Phone number and requesting a new debit card.

To follow up on your case, I suggest reaching out to our support team again. Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company.
  2. Navigate to the Help (?) menu.
  3. Open the Search tab and select Contact Us.
  4. Pick a topic to connect with the appropriate support.
  5. Choose the Chat or Callback option.
