Can you set QBO to automatically sync with your banks accounts at a selected time each day or maybe when you open QBO instead of having to manually sync the data? Users should be given a choice of auto sync or manual sync.

Also, please know that QBO only depends on what data your bank provides, and with that said, you'll have to do it manually to refresh your bank and get the latest transactions flowing into your company.
