Since you already entered your EIN instead of the RT number, changing it your own won't be possible because all previous employment tax entries are recorded under your EIN, @capitanopressurewashing.
To guide you in changing it into your RT number, I recommend contacting the QuickBooks Online (QBO) Payroll Team since they will first review all the employment tax transactions under your EIN and see if it was recorded there successfully. Confirming this is important since the EIN and RT numbers are different from each other.
Here's how:
- Go to the Help icon in the upper right corner.
- Choose search and enter your concern in the search field. Then, press Enter on your keyboard.
- Click Contact Us below.
- Pick either Chat or Callback.
