Buy nowWhen I migrated to QBO from QBD I entered the historical checks but for some reason some of them are not getting pulled into the P&L. They show up on the PR summary as "historical checks" but I don't know how to access the individual transactions to see why some are showing up in the P&L and some are not.
I have tried calling support multiple times and each time after hours of explaining again what my issue is and sharing my screen to show each agent what I mean, always end up being told they will escalate the issue and yet it's been 5 months with multiple conversations and still it is not resolved. So, I thought I'd try here.
Any help would be appreciated. I don't mind entering each check manually there are only 27 but if I do then the payroll summary will be wrong because I can't get rid of the historical checks.

Thank you for your response. I'm just curious, how many times do you think I should have to reach out to support? Like what should I do when I've reached out numerous times and still get nothing resolved, when my only option is to the same call or chat button that I used previously? I'm honestly curious cuz like at what point do I just I don't know migrate to a different freaking accounting program, because I have never had issues like this in the 20 years I used Quickbooks desktop. I should have never switched over, because it's been nothing but a nightmare for 5 months.
I do not understand why I cannot just delete the historical transactions and enter the checks manually again? It simply makes no sense to me that it's impossible to get to a transaction. I'm sorry I'm just so frustrated at this point. But whatever, I guess I shouldn't be surprised there's no answer here, because there has been no answer from I have lost count of the times I've called or chatted with support regarding this issue. So thanks for your help.
Did you ever get a response or resolution to this? I am in the midst of a similar situation: a historical payroll check migrated into QBO from QB desktop and is creating incorrect accruals so we processed a new paycheck in QBO with the same data (with the help from a QBO expert) but now no one can figure out how to delete that one historical paycheck that is causing all the problems!
Just wondering if you got this resolved. I am in the midst of this now with a historical paycheck that was pulled into QBO fromQB desktop during a migration that is causing false and inaccurate accruals. We thought we deleted it in the check register, created a new paycheck through payroll (with the help of a QBO online Expert) but now it still shows up as a “historical” check and no one at the QB support can figure out how to delete that historical one.
