Can I get payroll processor report, showing the number of all employees and a calculation of the corresponding Full Time Equivalent (FTE) as of Feb. 15th, 2020

You can run the Payroll Detail Report to get the information you need. Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, then go to Reports at the left pane.
  2. Look for Payroll Details on the search field.
  3. Select Custom under the Date Range field, then input the date you want to open.
  4. Choose All Employees under the Employee section.
  5. Tap on Run Report to refresh the page.
