Can I print W2 forms 2 to a page with quickbooks on-line. It looks like you can only get qbooks forms with 4 on a page. Feds require 2, why can't I do this?

You may need to print W-2s to send paper copies to your employees or for your own records. Please note that if you print from QuickBooks Online Payroll, you can only obtain three or four-part perforated paper. You'll want to look for a third-party application to integrate with QuickBooks to have two pages of your W-2 forms. Visit this link for available apps: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/app/apps/home/.

This is horrible that Quickbooks can not supply the consumer with the correct printing format for the federal government paperwork. Per what I read we are being told we have to spend more money on a different program to use the government paperwork or purchase different paperwork from Quickbooks.

Your company should be banned! What kind of arrogance do you have that I can't print W2's and other year end forms on OFFICIAL IRS forms that are 2 W2's per page. I know why! Because you want to charge us an exorbitant amount of money to buy them from you. Well, I am going to spend the next couple of weeks on every social media site BLASTING Quickbooks for doing this.
