Once added, the user can now enter hours in a timesheet:
Note: You can't change the user type of a Time Tracking the Only user. If a Time tracker needs different company access, delete the user and add them back again with the new user type.

However, QB Time provides more advanced tools, such as tracking time from any location and using any device. This platform allows you to sync third-party apps, which improves your payroll capabilities.
