As of now, QuickBooks does not support W2-G. However, you can enter and file this form through ProConnect.

You can record it as income. Before doing so, I'd still recommend reaching out to your accountant so you'll be guided further.

You'll need to input the relevant information, such as the date, amount, and type of gambling winnings, into QuickBooks. Once you have all of the information entered, QuickBooks can generate the W2-G form for you to file with the appropriate government agency.
