I'll continue to help you switch back to Business view, gilbfambusiness.
Missing icons is sometimes caused by random browser issues. We can do some browser troubleshooting steps to check this out.
To start, you'll want to sign in to QuickBooks using a private browser. This step disables its extensions and stops the cache from saving your browsing history.
If you see the Settings icon now, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. If not, please try other browsers and see if we get the same thing. If it's the same, please contact our QBO Support to check this further using more tools.
Please feel free to comment if you need more help. Take care and have a good one!
