Hi there, @jrmurphy12-gmail.
I'd be happy to help you copy the data from your trips from the year 2020.
To do that, filter the date range to 2020. Then, locate the transactions, put a checkmark beside the transactions. After that, click the Export button and open the file.
Once done, change the details needed and import them to your QuickBooks Self-Employed Mileage page.
I've added some screenshots to see how the process looks like:

I have tried this method and keep getting an error message.
"Uh-oh, looks like we ran into some trouble importing this file. Http failure response for https://selfemployed.intuit.com/secure/mileIq/import: 400 OK. Correct it and try again."
Let me know what I can about this please.
Thanks for joining us here in the thread, @Endurancerdr. Allow me to share some insights about your concern.
There are two possible reasons why an error has occurred when uploading the file to QuickBooks. It's either the Date range of transactions submitted in the file was in the future. It can also be the date format is incorrect in CSV files.
To get this fixed, you’ll have to open the file and ensure you have the correct date and format for QuickBooks to acknowledge your upload.
For more information about CSV formats, you can visit this article.

Thanks but that link you provided is for uploading transaction csv's. I am trying to do mileage csv. Are you saying that the mileage csv needs to be 3 or 4 columns? Please specify which headers I need in those columns.
I have already fixed the issue with my tracking but I appreciate those links as well.
Thanks
Thanks for posting here again, @Endurancerdr.
I want to make sure you're able to import your mileage CSV file successfully in QuickBooks Self-Employed. Unlike importing transactions, the CSV file for mileage has more than 4 columns.
Please refer to the screenshot and descriptions below:
Once done, you can follow these steps to upload the file:
