Clear billable time activity

Hello.  Recently migrated from QB Desktop to QBO (nightmare) and can't make old jobs (10+ yrs) inactive due to the fact that there was thousands of transactions marked as billable.  Was able to run the managebillableexpenses hack to clear out all the checks, invoices, etc.  However that tool doesn't clear out the time activities that are also marked as billable.  I still have over 5,000 of these.  Is there a way to batch those and get them all cleared at once?  I tried going to the employee actual timesheet but QBO will only go back 1 year.

I'd like to turn the tables around from what you've experienced when you migrated your data. So, I'll point us to the right direction and ensure we'll be able to clear those billed time entries. 

 

Ideally, the managebillableexpenses tool would clear time entries marked as billable. The huge amount of entries are likely the reason why the tool didn't work. The system is likely experiencing processing issues with the tool. 

 

So, we'd like to get to the bottom of this and help you clear out those billable time entries. To do this, we'll want to take a closer look in your account securely. 

 

In any case, let's call one of our agents and have them take a look at your account and assist you in clearing them out. 

 

Here's how to reach them: 

 

  1. Click the Help icon on the top right corner of the screen.
  2. On the pop-up panel, go to the Search tab.
  3. Click the Contact Us button on the bottom part.
  4. In the box, we'll want to enter "clear billed time entries."
  5. Proceed with Continue, then choose how you want to reach us.

Clear billable time activity

Hello and thank you.  

 

managebillableexpensesdefinitely does not clear time entries, I have ran it several times with no luck clearing those out.

 

I have contacted support several times and nobody seems to have a solution other than clearing them individually, which for me currently totals over 5,000.
