Did anyone else's company not get payroll deposited to their employee's bank accounts this morning?

Same.  Processed Wednesday afternoon. No direct deposits received.

I understand this hasn't been easy for you and your employees.

We've received reports that some of our customers have not received their direct deposit payments scheduled for Friday (April 30, 2021). Our engineers are aware of this and are working to find the root cause to resolve this issue.

For now, I recommend checking out our Status Board and click SUBSCRIBE TO UPDATES. You can also inform your employees to monitor their pays within today while this is being taken care of.

They closed the chat and call-back options for support help, my guess is they were buried in calls and don't have any answers anyway. I spent an hour waiting in the chat queue before they closed it, and haven't gotten a call back in over 2 hours. They replied to some of the early posts this morning saying they are working on the problem, one of the posts said they were still trying to get people paid today and that the banks have until 5pm to make deposits, but being a Friday and knowing our employees have rent and mortgage payments due tomorrow, that's not very reassuring.
