I need some answers to tell my employees of both companies.
Quickbooks is trying to say its our fault for not processing payroll on time. Seems way more likely that it is a QuickBooks issue.

Since the direct deposits didn't go through, it would be best to get in touch with our Payroll Customer Support Team due to them having the tools to review your account to see why this happened. Support is available at these times:
M-F 6 AM to 6 PM PT
However, I recommend choosing another method to get in contact with them. This is just in case they need to do a screen share to review your account with you. Here's how:

I processed both companies payroll on Tuesday March 14th, so I'm not sure how they can use that as an excuse.
I tried to get in touch with support via chat and requesting a phone call and got the message:
