Join nowIs there a way to have the salary employees print in order with the rest of the employees on DD? Right now they print at the end when printing the Pay Stubs.
Thanks!
Hey, @Lfisher1.
I can provide you with some additional information about printing your pay stubs. Although this option would be helpful for you and other users, it isn't available at the moment. I want to make sure your concerns are addressed, so I'm going to personally submit feedback to our Product Developers so they can consider this feature in one of the upcoming updates for QuickBooks. You can check out our Blog to keep up with what's new in QuickBooks.
If you have any other questions, feel free to ask. The Community is always here to lend a helping hand. Have a splendid Wednesday!
We also see that the salaried go to the bottom, however we have a few hourly employees that also go to the bottom for some reason. Has a fix been released for this issue yet? Thanks
We're taking notes of your feedback and suggestion, @jpenn.
At this time, we don't have the option to change the order when printing pay stubs in QuickBooks Desktop.
I can see how beneficial it is for you and your company to change the order depending on the pay type of your employees. As mentioned by my colleague above, this option is currently unavailable.
For now, you can visit our blog site so you'll be able to get the latest news about QuickBooks and what our Product Care Team is working on.
