Do questions emailed to qbocaresupport@intuit.com get answers?

I sent a request for help to xxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxx.xxx in 3 weeks ago but have heard nothing back, at all.

They only use one-way email (e.g. sending notifications).

Any specific concern?

The qbocaresupport@intuit.com is a non-reply email for our support. If you have any QuickBooks related question, just post them here in the Community space and we will answer them for you. Also, we’ll never ask for your personal info in an email and our emails will always come from an email address that ends with @intuit.com. This includes @e.intuit.com. Then, any link we send you in an email will always be for an intuit.com address.

 

If you have any QuickBooks related question, just post them here in the Community space and we will answer them for you. Just incase you ever have any doubts about an email message, don't open the message until you're able to make sure it's from us. Learn how to recognize and report suspicious emails. Intuit's security team posts info about SPAM and Phishing email attempts on the Intuit Online Security Center. Forward any suspicious emails immediately to the Intuit Online Security Center.

Greetings, Lindsey from an Intuit team sent us several emails (From: [email address removed]) expecting our reply. We replied to each email, but apparently she did not receive them. Is is accurate that the email does not receive replies? If so, she is not aware of it. She said she would close our case because she has not heard from us. Would someone please share some light on this? Thank you.

Yes, qbocaresupport@intuit.com is a non-reply email address meant for our support team. This is why Lindsey from our Intuit team didn't receive your response. As this email address is used for one-way communication from our expert team to our customers, any responses received on this email address will not monitored by our expert team. Hence, I recommended reaching out to our customer support team so they can provide you with the appropriate email address of our expert team for any further communication. 
 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right-hand corner and click Talk to a human.
  2. Type in Talk to a human, then press Enter.
  3. Look for I still need a human and click on it.
  4. Choose Get help from a human.
  5. Select between Starting a chat or Getting a callback.

 

In case you have any concerns or issues you need help with, you can always turn to our Community forum. It's available 24/7 and is an excellent resource for finding solutions to various problems. There are many knowledgeable and helpful members who can provide you with steps and articles to help fix your problems.
