Yes, you'll have to send the W-2, midwest1935.
The IRS requires all employers to send the W-2 statements. You can send it in either paper or digital form and must be received by the employees no later than January 31. Employers also needs to file a copy of W-2 to the IRS. The W-2 that you've uploaded in the Viewmypaycheck (QuickBooks Workforce) is for viewing purposes only.
