I have just the steps that'll help change the email address on a 1096 form.
The email shown on the 1096 form is connected to email that you entered in the Account and Settings page. That said, let me walk you through the steps on how to do it:
- Click the Gear icon.
- Select Account and Settings.
- Click the edit (pencil) icon in the Contact info section.
- Enter the correct email address in the Company email field.
- Click Save, then Done.
