Just wasted 45 minutes on chat and call with horrendous QB support, 45 minutes that I will never get back. Call said cancel first and we will email you if a refund is due (I kid you not). Chat said it should be a prorated refund but "back-end team" will know for sure, but he can't contact them (!)
Also, please note that this information applies to canceling your Payroll Enhanced subscription. With that, you'll still have access to your payroll data, but you won't be able to recreate any tax forms. Be sure to save copies of all tax forms you have created or e-filed.
Can you please elaborate? My subscription will not be refunded, it will still be active but I will not be able to recreate forms, and I will lose access to tax forms I have already created and e-filed?
You are only eligible for a refund if you purchased any QuickBooks product within 60 days of the purchase date under our satisfaction guarantee, Houtx.
When canceling your subscription, this does not mean that you will loose all access to your payroll data. It will still remain available for you to reference.
However, this does come with a limitation like you will no longer have the ability to create or recreate any tax forms. To ensure you will have a copy for future needs, you can save copies of all tax forms while your subscription is still active by printing or downloading tax forms, payroll reports, or other relevant documents in case you decide to cancel your payroll subscription.

So, since my enhanced payroll license renewed in 12/24 I will not get a refund. My QB Desktop ProPlus Subscription is expiring so i will have access to all TAX and Payroll forms like 941's , 940's etc. while my Payroll Subscription is still active with an expired QB DESKTOP?
